What Has Your Story Told You?
Understanding Trauma & How We Heal
- Story-Informed Trauma Therapy: Together, we look at the overarching narrative of your life to understand why you react to certain triggers, helping you dismantle the old, painful scripts you’ve been handed.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): An evidence-based technique that helps your brain reprocess stuck, distressing memories so they lose their emotional charge.
- Somatic Therapy: Trauma lives deeply in our physiology. By tuning into your bodily sensations, we help your nervous system release stored stress and move out of survival mode.
